The even larger mall
After cleaning my room this morning, and eating a delicious breakfast of some sort of chocolate cereal, I learned that we were going shopping. I thought we were going to the large mall, and I asked Silke. She said yes. I was refering to the mall we went to two weeks ago. She was referring to a humongous mall, that overshadows every mall I've ever been in before. It had seven floors, but it spread out at forever. There was even a subway station below! First we went to a table tennis store, where I learned that choosing a paddle is like choosing a car. Lucas spent ten minutes just determining what wood was good for his paddle! Different woods have different speeds apparently. Then when he chose his selection, the worker put on the foam on both sides. It was actually pretty cool to watch. The mall is located in the center of Essen, where there are thousands of different shops. We shopped some more, and then just for the heck of it, we went into the Lego store. I'm a pretty big nerd when it comes to that stuff, and this room was literally filled to the top with stuff. So I broke down and created my own little Lego man. It was pretty awesome. I enjoyed brautwurst and luntjeger for lunch, and we headed home. Anton, Ulf and I watched some Asterix, ate dinner, and went to bed. Bring it on the rest of the week!
